School zoning is the next question for most families moving into the area. Hays Consolidated Independent School District includes 26 campuses in northern Hays County. The district serves more than 20,000 students across Kyle, Buda, and the surrounding parts of the county.

Trails on The Vybe will be 12 feet wide, so people walking, bikers, and golf carts can share the path safely. The network will link neighborhoods with retail centers and restaurants rather than only parks.
